If you miss a dose, take this medicine as soon as possible. Then go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

Warning and Precautions
Do not use Cymbalta if:
You have an unusual or allergic reaction to this medicine or any other medicines (Clorgyline, Isocarboxazid, Lazabemide, Linezolid, Moclobemide, Phenelzine, Selegiline, Thioridazine, Tranylcypromine)
Pregnancy category C
Breastfeeding
You belong to the elderly; you may be more sensitive to its effects, especially kidney problems, low blood pressure, or high blood potassium levels.
You are a child; safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed.
You have such diseases as
Bipolar disorder (mood disorder with alternating episodes of mania and depression) Kidney disease
Liver disease
Narrow-angle glaucoma, uncontrolled - should not be used in patients with these conditions.
Bleeding problems
Diabetes
Digestion problems
Heart disease
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Hyponatremia (low sodium in the blood)
Mania
Narrow-angle glaucoma
Seizures
Cymbalta may cause some people to be agitated, irritable. It may also cause some people to have suicidal thoughts and tendencies or to become more depressed. If you, your child, or your caregiver notice any of these adverse effects, tell your doctor or your child's doctor right away.
This medicine can cause serious liver problems. If you experience symptoms such as dark urine, general tiredness and weakness, light-colored stools, nausea and vomiting, upper right abdominal pain, or yellow eyes and skin, contact your doctor immediately. Four weeks of cymbalta may be required before your symptoms improve. It is important to continue duloxetine after symptoms of depression are relieved.
